Karen is a poet/writer, she was born and raised in Scotland UK.

She was born october 1983 in a town called Paisley.

Karen started writing at a young age, she enjoyed writing short horror/thriller stories as a child before giving it up as a teenager to learn music.

 

Karen then took up writing again at the age of 21, as a way to release emotions of pain and anger, those writings then started to take the form of poetry. She would write about anything from dark poems to love poems. Aswell as finding that putting pen to paper is very therapeutic, she started to enjoy using her imagination to create stories or describe a moment in time.

 

Karen has a past of struggling with depression as a result of domestic abuse, she spent six months in a woman's aid refuge with her then one year old son,

Karen is now happily married and lives in Scotland with her husband and two sons.
